1. Lean Leadership and Communication What is it?

How does lean leadership and communication interact and what does it mean for business? Nigel Green will present his thoughts on Lean Leadership and Communication:-
“We have all heard a great deal about lean manufacturing, lean retail and lean healthcare to mention just a few – but exactly what is lean..?

If we accept that ‘going lean’ is a good thing – then what are the differences which we have to make in our organisation – and what are the differences between how we currently manage our business and the concepts of lean leadership and lean communication?

2. 5 Keys to Selling

Geoffrey Prince F.Inst.S.mm AIMC will present his 5 Keys to Selling. Geoffrey, despite having had recent major medical problems, is a fighter and will not give in, his favourite expression is; “the glass is always half full, never half empty”, and proves that through the power of a very positive mental attitude, positive actions and changing negative thinking into positive results, he has been able to chase his “Visions and Dreams”.

Now “retired” he concentrates on writing e-books, running small group Master Classes, motivational speaking, mentoring and distance learning courses over the Internet.

3. Women’s Networking

Ruth Lloyd-Williams will present a short introduction to Network She and the benefits of networking.

Network She was born out of frustration on 6th September 2007 and now boasts an ever increasing membership, an established web site, a wide and varied events calendar, a glossy magazine with a business edge and an annual glittering Awards Night.
